Dr. Jennifer
Palmer, a Board Certified Dermatologist, is trained to evaluate and manage
pediatric and adult patients with benign and malignant disorders of the skin,
hair, nails and adjacent mucous membranes. Dr. Palmer has had additional
training and experience in the following:
~ The diagnosis and treatment of
skin cancers, melanomas, moles, and other tumors of the skin.
~ The
management of contact dermatitis and other inflammatory skin disorders.
~
The recognition of the skin manifestations of systemic and infectious diseases.
~ Surgical techniques used in dermatology.

She is a member of the
American Academy of Dermatology, the Iowa Dermatologic Society and the Iowa

Jennifer
Lowry, ARNP recently graduated from Clarkson College with a Master of
Science in Nursing as Family Nurse Practitioner. She intends to focus her
practice in general dermatology. Jennifer Lowry is certified by the American
Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
Ms. Lowry was born at Pella Regional
Health Center and grew up in Sully Iowa . Before earning her Masters in
Nursing, Ms. Lowry served 7 years as a Registered nurse and Patient Care
Technician at Mercy Medical Center in Des Moines in the obstetrics department.
Ms. Lowry became excited about specializing in dermatology through her clinical
rotations and experience as a registered nurse. Ms. Lowry is excited to join
Dr. Jennifer Palmer, MD, FAAD in seeing patients at Iowa Dermatology,
Inc.. |
